LayZir®

LayZir® FDA-cleared and manufactured with premium yttrium-stabilized zirconia to the highest quality standards — leverages advanced multi-dimensional gradation technology. This innovative process seamlessly blends 3Y and 5Y zirconia to optimize strength where it’s needed most, delivering up to 1,450 MPa flexural strength at the cervical margin. Toward the occlusal, LayZir’s strength gradually reduces to 1,030 MPa, minimizing abrasion to opposing dentition while maintaining excellent esthetics throughout.

Flexural Strength:

  • Cervical: 1,450 MPa
  • Body: 1,160 MPa
  • Incisal: 1,030 MPa

INDICATIONS

  • Anterior and Posterior Crowns
  • Short and Long Span Bridges (up to 14 units)

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Bridge frameworks with more than two connected pontics
  • Severely reduced residual dentition
  • Untreated bruxism (splint recommended post-insertion)
  • Two or more connected end units

PREPARATION

  • Deep chamfer or rounded shoulder margin
  • Round all incisal and marginal corner angles
  • Axial wall taper: 5°–15°
  • Minimum occlusal clearance: 1.0 mm

ST Multilayer®

For exceptional esthetics and reliable performance in monolithic restorations, choose our Super Translucent Multilayer zirconia. This USA-made, FDA 510(k)-cleared, biocompatible material offers superior translucency that closely resembles natural dentin — with the strength needed for monolithic crowns and 3-unit anterior bridges. With a flexural strength of 850 MPa, ST Multilayer zirconia delivers the durability and long-term reliability clinicians expect for both anterior and posterior monolithic restorations.

INDICATIONS

  • Anterior and Posterior Crowns – Strong and highly esthetic single-unit restorations
  • 3-Unit Anterior Bridge (1 pontic) – Durable and esthetic short-span anterior replacement

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Anterior bridges longer than three units
  • Cases requiring significant masking of dark underlying tooth structure
  • Patients with bruxism

PREPARATION

  • Minimum occlusal clearance: 1.0 mm
  • Nominal wall thickness: 0.8 mm
  • Marginal reduction: Minimum 0.3 mm
  • Avoid sharp angles or edges

HT+®

For restorations requiring exceptional durability and natural esthetics, HT+ zirconia offers a reliable alternative to traditional PFM metal occlusal/lingual and full-cast options. With a flexural strength of 1,250 MPa, HT+ provides the robust performance needed for demanding cases — including crowns under partial dentures and screw-retained implant crowns — while maintaining lifelike esthetics. Made in the USA, FDA 510(k)-cleared, and biocompatible, HT+ zirconia delivers both clinical confidence and peace of mind.

INDICATIONS

  • Anterior and Posterior Crowns – High strength and esthetics for single-unit restorations
  • Short and Long Span Bridges (up to 14 units) – Reliable performance for extensive multi-unit cases
  • Implant Crowns – Strong, biocompatible foundation for implant-supported restorations
  • Patients with Bruxism – Suitable for patients with clenching or grinding habits; resists excessive occlusal forces

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Cases requiring extremely high translucency where a more translucent zirconia may be preferred

PREPARATION

  • Minimum occlusal clearance: 1.0 mm
  • Nominal wall thickness: 0.6 mm
  • Marginal reduction: Minimum 0.3 mm
  • Avoid sharp angles or edges
