How to add Chase Dental Lab to your iTero scanner:
If you need assistance with file submission or have any questions, we’re ready to help.
- Call iTero Support at 1‑800‑577‑8767
- Select Option 1, then Option 1 again
- Request to have Chase Dental Lab added to your scanner
- Provide our lab name and iTero customer number
- On your scanner, go to Settings → Sync Configuration
