If you need assistance with file submission or have any questions, we’re ready to help.
- Log in or create your DS Core account at www.dscore.com
- Click on Preferred Labs, then select Add Preferred Lab
- Enter Chase Dental Lab, click Add, then click Add Lab
- In the top left corner, click the arrow to return to your Preferred Labs list
- You should now see Chase Dental Lab listed with a status of Active
