How to connect with us through 3Shape:
1. Submit Prescription & Images
2. Upload Scan Files (STL or PLY)
3Shape scan files must be uploaded separately via our secure portal link from your desktop/laptop.

1. Submit Prescription & Images
- Log in to your 3Shape Communicate Portal
- At the top of the page, open the Connections section
- Click Add Connection
- Search for Chase Dental Lab, select our lab, and click Connect
2. Upload Scan Files (STL or PLY)
3Shape scan files must be uploaded separately via our secure portal link from your desktop/laptop.
